Jon Hulbert
Co-Founder
Leadership & Organizational Development Facilitator
Jon is a leadership and organizational development facilitator committed to helping teams and organizations create systemic change that is values-driven, outcome-focused, and responsive to the current and future realities of the workforce. With experience working with 60 colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations, Jon tailors his facilitation approach to each team's needs and goals. As an Adjunct Professor in the Higher Education Administration Graduate Program at SUNY Buffalo State University (BSU), Jon teaches organizational leadership, assessment, and innovation courses. Jon has worked as an organizational change management specialist for two large research universities and as the director of leadership and organizational development at SUNY BSU. In 2019, he received the Workforce Game Changer Award through WorkForce Magazine, given to 40 high-potential professionals under 40 who are some of the nation's best workforce development practitioners and strategists. Jon managed and facilitated two leadership development programs for executives and faculty/staff at SUNY BSU, awarded the Leadership Development and Diversity Award from the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. Jon lives in Buffalo, New York, and enjoys camping, volunteering, and traveling.
Alex Barilec

Leadership Coach
Alex Barilec is a Leadership Coach who’s on a mission to help people managers improve their ability to connect, communicate, and coach their teams. He is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. He has coached over 50 leaders across diverse industries, from education and technology to healthcare and government, for the past 5 years. His expertise is in 1:1 coaching and group training on developing coaching skills, and he leads workshops to help teams improve wellbeing in the workplace. He specializes in helping high performers get to the next level personally and professionally, without burnout. Alex grew up in Western New York and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from John Carroll University. Today, he calls Ogden, UT, home and loves to spend time outdoors adventuring along the Wasatch Front.
